Cheque payments
Please do not send any payment at the order stage as we will include an invoice with your goods. When you receive your order please enclose your cheque in the pre-paid envelope provided and return to us at your earliest convenience.

VAT Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is already included in the price. VAT is only applicable to Canine Joint Right.
Delivery Schedule
Orders for delivery within the UK are eligible for FREE DELIVERY. We will process your order right away. We normally send your order within in 2-4 business days.
Orders for delivery within Europe (outside of UK) will be charged a delivery fee. Again, orders will be processed within 2-4 business days.
