How are you rewarded?
You can earn points every time you:
- Shop with Horse Supplements Direct – earn 1 point for every £1 spent
- Subscribe and Save – earn 5% saving off each order
- Recommend a Friend – earn 250 points
- Write a ‘published’ Review - earn 250 points
Rewards Membership
If you are an EXISTING customer you will automatically be eligible for Rewards Membership. NEW customers are also eligible once you create an account.
How much are my Reward Points worth
Each point is worth £0.02. For every £1 you spend you will be rewarded 1 point.
How do I view my Reward’s balance?
Simply click on to your Account OR view your Point Balance located top right of every page once you are logged in.
How do I redeem my Rewards points?
- Click on Loyalty Points pop up
- Click ‘Get Rewards’ tab
- Click ‘Get Your Reward’ to redeem points
- You will now receive a discount coupon to use at checkout
How long are my Rewards points valid for?
Your points are valid for 12 months. If you do not use your points within this timeframe then they will be removed from your account
